About this policy
Color Critters ("the app") is a puzzle game for children and families, made by Loft 64 Ventures ("we", "us"), a sole proprietorship owned by Palak Dwivedi, with its registered office at 4026, 2nd Floor, Rustomjee Eaze Zone Mall, Sundar Nagar, Malad West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400063, India.
The short version
We do not collect, store, share or sell any personal information. There are no ads, no tracking, no accounts and no internet connection is used.
What the app stores
The app saves your game progress only on your device. This includes stars, unlocked levels, the difficulty mode you chose, coins, hats, stickers, your daily-puzzle streak and your sound and music settings. This information:
- never leaves your device,
- is not sent to us or to anyone else,
- is deleted when you uninstall the app or use Settings > Reset Progress.
What the app does not do
- It does not collect names, email addresses, photos, contacts, location, device identifiers or any other personal data.
- It does not show advertising and contains no advertising SDKs.
- It does not use analytics, crash-reporting or tracking services.
- It does not use the advertising ID (IDFA / Android Advertising ID) and does not ask for tracking permission.
- It has no in-app purchases, chat, social features or links out of the app.
- It does not need an internet connection and does not request the internet permission on Android.
Children's privacy
The app is designed for children. Because we collect no personal information from anyone, we collect none from children. This is consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the GDPR (including Article 8), the UK Age Appropriate Design Code, Google Play's Families Policy and Apple's Kids Category guidelines.
Third parties
The app is built with the Unity game engine. We have not enabled any Unity services that collect data (such as Unity Analytics or Diagnostics). The app store you downloaded it from (Google Play or the Apple App Store) may collect information under its own privacy policy. We don't receive that information.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, for example because a new feature needs different data handling, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date before the change goes live.
